My Journey

This week I started thinking about sharing my journey, my journey with the Lord and coming out to KC. Ever since Facinate 2010, my life has really changed. Not that I have not had those hard times and been away from the Lord, but my outlook on life is different. Instead of what is the least I can do for the Lord and get away with, it is now how can I make every moment of my life count? I realized just spending 30min. with the Lord everyday helped. It gave me peace when I slept. It gave me joy doing regular things like cleaning and doing school. I found out what the Lord thought about me. That He loves me and really does care about what happens to me. I saw that the Lord loves to help us and to answer the questions we ask Him. Being true to the Lord is not about going to church or listening well in a Bible class, it is about what you do in the secret place when no one is watching. About every moment you say a 10 second prayer or think about how you love spending time with your Creator. It is so simple yet hard. "And if you look for it as for silver and search for it as hidden treasure then you will understand the fear of the Lord and fnd the knowledge of God." Proverbs 2:4 Here is a video that I thought applied to seeking after the Lord. I know it is about ice cream but it still blessed me.

    O anna! I love this so much and I know that God loves it even more!!!I am so proud of you and love what you are saying!
